To run or not to run- that is the question.

When everything feels a little tired and sore (or even hurts from a bad night of restless sleep) do you run or rest? At the risk of feeling disappointed about a “bad run” I think maybe rest is the answer. On the other hand, getting back to business may be just what the body needs.
